What is your turn around time?

Turnaround times are based on the size and scope of each project requested. We strive to produce “conventional” requests no longer than a 24-to-48 hour time period.  Requests requiring  installation may take longer.

Please Note: Turnaround time does not start until proof(s) are approved.

What materials can you print on?

Wallpaper, Vinyl Mesh, Backlit Vinyl, Self-Adhesive Vinyl, Window Films, Banner Material, Fabric, Canvas,  Acrylic, Lexan, Wood, Paper, Card Stock, Di-Bond, Foam Board, Gator Board, All Rigid Sign Boards and much more. For materials other than what’s listed, just ask.

What is your standard print “visual” resolution?

Our standard print “visual” resolution is 600 to 2000 dpi.  As a result, your graphics will have sharp, crisp, and consistent images.

Is there a difference in price for printing 1-color or full 4-color?

No. We offer the same low price for one to four color banners, photos, logos, and any type of artwork.

Do you offer in-¬house finishing capabilities like hemming, pole pockets, seem matching, and mounting?

Absolutely.  Our in-house production department can provide you with hemming, pole pockets, seam matching and fitting.  We also offer mounting and laminating services along with, custom cut-outs, shapes and radius corners

What are hems?

Hems are a custom stitch that go around the edges of a banner for a longer lifespan.

What are grommets?

Grommets are aluminum rings that are placed around the banner allowing the banner to be hung with hooks, rope or on a wall with screws.

What are pole pockets?

Pole pockets are looped pockets, either on the top and bottom or side to side of the banner. A pole is inserted in the pocket allowing the banner to be hung in a variety of ways.

What shipping options are available?

We offer many different types of shipping options such as our own local delivery service, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT Airways, Freight Carriers and of course customer pick-up.

Do you offer color proofs and/or samples?

Absolutely.  Proofs are provided at the highest quality output with the closest possible representation of your output every time. PDF proofs are always FREE of charge. However, if you require a match print proof or prototype on the actual material, a charge may be associated.

Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?

Not always and here is why: Due to the various monitor calibrations that are displayed on your screen using a RGB base color system, whereas, printed colors are CMYK based therefore they may not match.

What are the setup costs?

There will not be any setup costs in digital printing if the file submitted is print-ready. Cost for non-print ready files may vary depending on the amount of time that is needed to make the file print-ready. Click here to review our file requirements.

What is your maximum output size?

The majority of our large and grand-format digital printers are roll-fed. As a result, the image width can vary up to 120” wide.  Depending on the material it can be tiled to achieve larger sizes with virtually unnoticeable seams or with a seamless kiss cut process.

What are the key differences between eco-solvent, UV-cure, and latex Inks?

Each type of ink is composed of different chemical compositions. These various compositions allow different inks to be suitable for use in all different kinds of environments.
