Which Window Graphics Are Best for Your Business?

Window graphics have gained tremendous popularity over the years providing a wide variety of interior and exterior solutions for marketing, privacy, wayfinding, and facility messaging.  Most window films can be inkjet printed on and/or computer-aided cut for logos, text and custom design applications. There are several different window film products available today that deliver a multitude of solutions.

Perforated Window Film

Inkjet printable perforated window films allow the public to see a beautiful 4-color graphic on the outside of a building, yet offer an unobstructed view while viewing from the inside out. These films come in a variety of configurations and can also be used on cars, trucks, vans, buses, and trains.

Frosted or Etched Window Films

Another popular window film is frosted or etched window film that is used for privacy purposes on interior or exterior glass windows, doors and walls.  The films can be installed in full sheets or computer-aided cut for custom graphic designs, logos and text requirements. They can also be inkjet printed on for wayfinding and information messaging.

Optically Clear Window Films

Inkjet printable optically clear window films are made with optically clear mylars and adhesives.  If you installed a blank piece of optically clear film on a window, you would not know it was there.  That is how clear it is. When printed on, you see the printed areas of the film and the non-printed areas of the film remain optically clear.  You can print one-to-four colors on the film or just print white ink for a custom design application. These films can also be computer-aided cut for custom design applications.

UV Blocking Window Film

As summer turns to fall, the sun will begin to set earlier in the afternoon. The most unpleasant reminder of this comes in the late afternoon, just as the sun is setting: light comes streaming into your office, making it difficult to see or navigate the room. The direct rays of light can cause damage and fading to paint, upholstery and carpet over time. If you have windows that receive a high level of direct sunlight, UV blocking window film may be best for you. You will still get to enjoy the benefit of your office view and natural light without the negative side effects. UV blocking film is installed on the interior side of the window and can be printed as colors or additional branding for your company.
